Dv summons through MEA

Hello 498a 406 filed by wife .chargesheet in court by io has not yet been given to us . Dv filed ...involves 6 people .filed under pwdva 2006 sec 12 . Myself and one more member overseas . JMFC judge ordered to serve summons through MEA using MLAT agreement . Q. Will ministry of india reject it since its a civil case ( quasi criminal) Q. Will indian embassy serve via post or seek help from local authorities overseas. Q.what if the address changes and respondent has moved Q.in case summons are not served for 1 year what would the JMFC course of action be . Q.what about other 4 respondents since last three years wife and husband lived overseas and within 8 days of coming to india wife filed false cases .no proofs have been provided by wife as its a story fabricated by her except a written complaint to jmfc judge along with the complaint / fir of 498a . Please point out any faults or ask questions to guide me . Thank you
