Dv cross examinasion

Order of Maintenance to the Husband given in Domestic Violence but Husband lost his job after the order , now he is unable to pay any amount. Can the Husband Under which section can Asks permission to the Court to take her Cross Examination without paying interim maintenance.

He can file an application before the court along wth an affidavit narrating the facts of his unemployment and seek court's permission to withhold the order on maintenance for the time being and allow him to proceed with the cross examination of the petitioner. Consult your lawyer on all such issues.
