Dear experts,
In my DV case which is running from the past 1 year without any progress. It has not reached even evidence stage. and over that judge got transfer and new judge has not been appointed yet. Our lawyer said for next 3 months judge will not be appointed. And opposite party also not keen to pursue the case nor willing to withdraw.
What should i do now?
Since i have very strong evidences in my favor, can i go for quashing the Dv case at High court?
Another point is DV was filed after staying away for 2 years and a failed mutual divorce petition.
