Myself and my daughter was thrown out of the house in Nov 2013 and after waiting for two months I filed dv case against my husband. I still didnt get any Interim maintenance. He has been dragging on. He came for a compromise twice and he absented himself. Within 3 months of filing the case it went for mediation.There were almost 10-12 sittings but it didnt yield any result as he didnt turn up for the final mediation. During april 2014 when he came again for a compromise I agreed without any compensation for that also he didnt turn up. Now again he has agreed for a compromise. It is very well understood he doesnt want to give a single penny as maintenance also he is not willing to take our responsibility. Judge has ordered for mediation. I wanted to finish it off in one sitting. Otherwise will it be sent back to court immediately. Not only that since two years he didnt give us single penny. And I am staying with my sister , I am also having liabilities. I need compensation from him.
