IN Present case A women (without Divorce to first husband and also first husband having section-9 decree recondugation)
Enterd in my life as living relationship. we are both married prevoius , but i have divorce from my first wife with mutual constent ,
she is charge whole women rights ( 498a, dvAct, CRPC125, DV- 31)sections against me and all my 5 familly mambers.
as same kind this women aleady charge her first husband , 1) 498a,420,406,323,294,506, 2) 406,506, 3)125 crpc, 4 125(3). all the case found false . and section 125 rejected by familly court. first husband filled section-9 and won case &having decree re-condugation. but this women did not fallow section-9 order hence first huband filled section-13 . during this case women entred in my life as living relationship. first husband not press and case x party however women did not fallow section -9 order and have no divorce .
can women applicable to fill this 498a, dvAct, CRPC125, DV- 31-sections against me and all my 5 familly mambers.
