Dual witness

Hi, One of my relative filed written statement (as respondent) and gave oral statement too in a civil suit in LAC, stated they have no right over the suit schedule property. But after 7 years same person filed declaration suit for same property in another civil court stating they dont have any documents in their name and are in possession which is not true. Now my question is can we file a criminal case against them for giving two different witness in two different courts? Pls reply.
