Dtcp approval - our land was blocked without road

Hello Friends,

We have a property of 1.5 acres in Trichy. Another party with 13 acres got DTCP approval on the other three sides of our land by blocking approaching road to our property and they bought all the lands sorrounded by our property. We are planning to sell our property, but without approaching road, no one is ready to buy it. Please help me to understand the rule of DTCP. If i approach DTCP office, will they give appoval for my land ?. Please help me out with your expert opinion

Given circumstances, you can sue for easementary right.

Thanks Saleema, If I Approach DTCP office for land approval, I dont know ,how they are going to respond and based on their response...I need to proceed further. If you have any assumptions about the response from DTCP, Please share with me or if you came across any such incidence, please share that one too.
