Hello All,
This is on behalf of my cousin brother who was caught for driving after consuming alcohol. This was in Bandra West. They took him to the station, withheld his license, fined him Rs.2000 and asked to be present at the Bandra Court near Kala Nagar on Monday.
I'm really concerned about him now. Want to understand what can be done now? We would not want him to get a sentence, but a fine is something we are definitely ready for. He's started his career now and don't want this episode to have a negative influence on it.
Request your advice & suggestions on how do we deal with now.
