Dear sir, I m a successful auction purchaser at DRT Coimbatore. After receiving sale certificate from recovery officer by me, borrower paid debt amount plus 5% fine to DRT. Presiding officer passed order as delay cannot be condoled. At DRAT Borrower filed a case and came up with win win situation deal. I m in a peaceful situation to accept the deal. Till today my auction amount is with DRT.
