Dp3 - anti dowry evidence

while making an application with affidavit in supreme court, the petitioner has declared that " her father gave a lot of money and jewelry to boy family"

Is this amount to prima facie evidence of DP3 charges?

Is it possible to get an arrest warrant aginst her father?

It is not dowry, it may be considered as gift or stridhan.

If you are not facing any trial u/s 3 of DP act. refrain yourself using this section against complainant else it may backfire you.

I do agree with Sachin

A stridhand should be given to " daughter " not husband's family member.  That is why It should make a primafacie of DP3.

However, they know it very well that they have not given anything to me or family.

Anything given is not anything taken. you can give anything to anyone with your choice but you can not take anything from your choice.

No matter what, it is a horrible waste of time and money to go after dowry givers. No court ever punishes them. Relax and focus on getting out of any cases on you.

what could be best attacking means in such scenarios ?

He should see if they want divorce or child custody and he should give them a run for it. That's the best strategy. Filing counter cases is not.
