in 498a, my lawyer said that without any evidence 498 cann't be proved.

how much true in it... please submit your views..

The onus sh*ts on you to dislodge allegations.

So far it is just that allegation can be levelled and onus to establish is on party that has levelled allegations and onus in a sense may shift on OP to dislodge the allegations.
