Do police on a FIR under sec 406 has thr right to search the matrimonial home and seize any goods that the wife claims to be her streedhan....or search any bank lockers belonging to her in laws....or court search warrants are needed. what is the procedure in such cases.
we are cooperating with IO met . In what case the arrest be made u/s 406. They want IO to include 406 in the chargesheet.
