Double Registration

We purchased a land in old bowenpally in the year 1993 by a person named Rama krishna of 273 sqre. Yds with survey number 54 ,plot 3. We hav constructed a compound wall in year 2000. And in 2008 we also took Lrs for it. Recently when we visited the site we saw that someone else has just started construction in our land claiming to be their land. We then got to know that the land has been double registered. When we enquired some in depth got to know that the son(venkatesh) of person(Rama krishna) created docs and sold the same plot 3 changing the survey number as 54,55 and reduced the area to an 'A' party. Later 'A' party sold it to 'B' party n from 'B' party it is now with 'C' party. All 'A' party to 'C' party transactions happened in span of 6mnths in the year 2006. 'C' party is now just started construction and stopped after this came out. Now they hav also took caveat. Kindly suggest on this.

Instead of disussing here, better approach a lawyer in your area who is dealing in property matters, show the documents in your hands, discuss the matter and then take appropriate legal action as may be suggested to you by the lawyer.  Any delay will be detrimental to your intersts.

Subsequent to purchase did you proceed for mutations?

It is believed that all involved (seller, buyer) are Hindu.

The personal law, succession laws that apply in your case may matter.

You may prefer to discuss in person with a very able senior LOCAL counsel of unshakable repute and integrity specializing in such/revenue/civil matters having a successful track record….and show all evidences of record with you ….for a considered opinion…and proceed further under expert guidance of your counsel for civil and criminal complaints……….

We have now filed for declaration of title suit and injunction order.. But the other party have already approached court seeking caveat. We have sent notices to sell involved parties and now after 1st hearing, three parties countered us
