Donee can gift the property

My father gift me a plot and now I want to gift that plot to my son. Can I gift the gifted plot again or I have to go through sale deed.

If the property uis gifted properly and endoirced in the relevant records, that gives you ownership;you can gift to anyone or do whatever you want to do with that

If gift is unconditional then u have right to dispose as per Ur wishes.

If donee has received the property through registered gift deed then he is absolute owner of that property and can gift the same to anyone.
