BEFORE donating he should(SC person ) issue a notice to you and WITH YOUR APPROVAL ONlY HE SHOULD DONATE THE Land,. Without hearing your side of the story at least calling for an explanation from you he can't donate.If you like this answer please give me a like on my profile.
