Respected experts, My ex wife filed a DV case in JMFC against all my entire family but was dismissed with cost of Rs 5000. She appealed before the Sessions Court but the order of the JMFC was upheld. She has now appealed before the HC. We have filed objections . Now they prayed for 4 weeks time to file counter affidavit ( objections). Can they do it? They are the petitioner in HC , We filed objections and now they want to file counter affidavit ( objections) to our objections. It is permissible or necessary? Kindly advise. Regards.
