My wife has left home 16 months back. Me and my parents tried so much efforts to call her back but she and her parents refused everytime with the bad intentions in their minds. They are money minded.
She has filed false complaints in women cell after 1 year of separation and even refused to do compromise in WC. i had applied sec 9,
2 months back and judge had sent us for mediation. But 1 wk back my wife has refused in mediation also to do compromise and asking for divorce and settlement by giving 20 lacs. But i didn't ask for divorce and refused to do so. Now she is doing harassment with me, my parents n brother n bhabhi by putting false criminal cases 498a, 406, 506, 323, 120b on all of us and 125, 12 also. pls advise what to do now.
