Does Internship bring earnings with experience?

Does Internship with a lawyer or any legal firm bring earnings with experience? A student may get experience when he/she goes through pratically. But earning money is also equally important.

This is an Interesting stats - Well on an average in India a student finishes his LLB degree when he is 23 years old. Then he joins for an internship of a minimum 6-12 months. Then he may start his own venture or work. Hence, till he establishes himself and start earning sufficiently, he is already 25 or  26 years old. So a question undoubtedly raises that compared to science, engineering or other Students, its a bit late?

Hence Isn't earning at an early age is equally important with experience while intership as internship is the phase where a law student grooves his career?

No internship with a lawyer or a legal firm only brings experience but not earnings.

During
internship he/she does not look for earning money but to establish
himself among the other crew of advocates. Similarly the lawyers use
these junior advocates and earn thousands and even lakhs and pay a very
meagre amount out of it. The juniors struggle to tackle their way of
living and many quir advocate profession and get into corporate field
as a glorified clerk.

A  junior while doing nternship
learns a lot and earns a bit but when he/she starts their own practise,
they will start earning a lot andthey are the kings for their own kingdom.

Hence beware you senior and other Advocates exploiting juniors. stop all of it.

Yes, a lawyer starts earning very late. It is said that there are four stages in a lawyers life:

). No Work No Pay

2) LessWork Less Pay

3) More Work More Pay

4) No Work More Pay

But , nowadays, pool of law firms make payments to  internees also for the specific period they work for them.

Well Sir thank You for your response and information.  Certainly you said is very true that laywer has four phases and his earning starts tade late.

So being a student in 1st Year LLB there is any option of gaining expereince along with earning option as internship will just bring experience with no earnings abd also without the help of LPOs as they dont really provide the required practical experience except paperworks.

Once again thank you for your reply

I completely agree with you and have heard about the law firms making payment to the internees for a specfic period, but have no idea of their contact or their locations. Also what may be the requirments for their work.
