Does 50 million missing campaign voilates indian cyber laws

On twitter there is a 50 millions missing campaign that spreads awareness using twitter messages.

It takes   a preliminary authorisation tosend tweet on your behalf to curb female infanticide.

However post the approval , although it sends message it is also links on behalf of signed up people, links that are explicit in nature with videos andnews. News are not always verified, some of them may be about things which have cases running in court. .

Is attaching of new video and news link on behalf of signed up people a violation of any particular , esp as

1) the content is not reviewed by signed up people each time the message changes

2) Is there any risk to people who signed up on defamation and on being part of ppl for influencing ongoing trials or defamation by those cited in videos
