Documents submitted in court by police

I am not a petitioner nor defendant in a criminal case. But as a concerned citizen I want to know what documents/proofs by way of photogrphs have been submitted by police for prosection under IPC 304a in a case I have taken interest as a concerned citizen. Please let me know how to proceed. An RTI application has not been attended to by the concerned PS, my appeal with State IC is pending. But I want to approach the Magistrate Court

You are an unconnected third party.

The documents cannot and will not be provided to you under RTI as you are asking the documents of others and certainly not concerning you. Youmay be interested in knowing but that is not the reason enough to ask for other's documents.
