Dear Member

 
I am in the process of purchasing an Apartment in Mumbai. I want to know what are the papers that  I should obtain from the Builders.  
 
I also what to know, what is occupancy certificate and who will issue the same? should i take the same from the builders before registration or after registration.
 
What is the market value of Registration and Stamp Duty in Mumbai
 
Please help me in this regard.

There are titile deeds and Sanctioned Plan of the Building and such other necessary documents required before purchasing the apartment from the builder.

 Further, title search of the property is a must before buying any property.

require document for apartment registration Seller and Buyer ID & Address proof, both are 2-2 passport size photograph, 2 witnesses with ID & Address proof and 2-2 passport size photographs and we shoud be present registration Authority in your city.
