The flat in which we are residing is in my fathers name. He is making a gift deed to gift the flat to me. We have asked the secretary for a letter stating us as a bonafide member and NOC. The secretary is not ready to give us the NOC. Now he has consulted his lawyer and asked us to fill form 21 and form 22. Is is necessary for a gift deed?
