My father is farmer having agricultural land in his name in Uttar Pradesh. I am willing to buy some agricultural land in Maharashtra. Though I do not have any agricultural land in my name but my father has. How can I proceed to buy the agri land in Maharashtra and what documents will be required. Anyone please guide me.

'Buyer Beware' applies to property deals.
It shall be appropriate to get proper legal opinion from a very able local senior counsel of unshakable repute and integrity specializing in revenue/property/civil matters before signing or making payment.
This may cost some FEE but can defend long term interest and hard earned monies.
