I filed a complaint with Police, but Police filed my complaint on the basis a document procured by Investigating officer.
Interestingly, the document in question does not bear any complete signatures. It bears only initials along with printed name of firm.
My question is very simple, firm's name can be easily type. So, how can Police believe a document which cannot be proved in court as to who produced it and further authenticity of document.
Kindly guide on legal position.
