I have bought an apartment with two car parking by taking home loan from SBI. When the sale deed made it was mentioned as one car parking and went without notice. I want to go for rectification deed for correcting the number of car parking. Do I need to get any NOC from the Bank? The property is mortgaged due to loan. Please help me to understand the process.
