Assuming that your grandfather and grandmother are no more, you have 1/5th share in your grandfather's property i.e. the share of your mother will go to her children. You can claim your share by the way of partition suit.

What is first needed to note is:

1. was the property under consideration a self occupied property of your grand father or ancesteral ?

2. did your grand father left any will, applicable in case the property was self occupied ?

3. do you have any other siblings or you are the only daughter of your mother?

answers to above questions will give clarity to the question and the opinion shall be more focussed and effective.
