DV in Kanpur, 498a is under trial in Ghaziabad. Now the girl has filed Divorce from Kanpur. I want to teach these frauds a lesson.
I want to file conspiracy and defamation against them once 498a and DV is dismissed.
Tell me how court see these counter cases? Do they really take it seriously? Can you provide a list of counter cases filed by a boy against fraud 498a girls? In how many cases girls were thrown behind the bars?? Kindly share some knowledge on that.
