Divorce to apply

Is there Any difference who applied the Divorce first whether Husband or Wife.

is there any chance Divorce applied from wife. Because she is women. So she will get fast.

and if husband applied divorce then it will be late.

No it will not be issue who files for divorce first, husband or wife. The tome taken will be based on thevtime taken by parties in disposal of the case. Interim applications delays the main suit of divorce.

It does not matter who files first . there is no obivious bias in family court against men and women. it depends on the intention i.e wanting to harass each other or get free from each other asap etc of both the parties and their lawyers in how fast a matter gets disposed.

No matter who first apply husband or wife. If husband apply divorce , chances of filing 498a or dv or maintenance case by wife are bright. So be ready to face counter attack. It would be better file you file divorce before she file any case against you.
