Divorce simultaneously in USA and INDIA

Is it mandatary to get a divorce in India after getting a divorce in USA if both spouses are NRI ?

Mr Ashok Kumar weather the divorce order in USA is Mutual Divorce or contested !
if that order is contested some times wife may file case in India weather that is right or wrong is the secondary. If possible try to go for mutual Divorce in India or clarify
