My son was married in the State of Nevada, Las Vegasin the month of April2017 , to a USA national (female ) under the laws of state of nevada. My son is an Indian National.Now both parties have agreed to divorce each other by consenual agreement.
1. Does my son have to go to Nevada to nullify the marriage.
2. The marriage has not lasted for more then 5 months.
3. Is there any maintenace to be paid,
4. No Proeprties have been purchased during this time.
5. My son resides in India andis an Indian national
Pls advice what type of divorce is best
