my wife filed for transfer of divorce petition in supreme court, i'm not contesting the case i received the notice in lower court and signed and set back and kept silent and waiting for the status of the case, SC gave below order:
"Sole respondent is reported to be duly served through the ld. Trial
Court (report at Flag A) but none appeared on his behalf.
No further steps required to be taken in the matter. It be
processed for listing before the Hon'ble Court as per rules"
can any one suggest is the above order mean that my case got transferred? or is still pending at supreme court?
