I,am married since last one year. Some months back I found and proved the infidelity of my partner.We both are working and are(she) able to sustain after divorce. I,am in no way interested to provide her any compensation during or after divorce and she agreed for this. we both want to file for divorce, and want it at the earliest. pls suggest
