Thank you for the response

Wife's lawyer is not co-operative for discussion and husband informed that the divorce case is still ongoing in the court.

Clear evidences are available that she gave birth to another child and staying with another person.

Please let us know what sections can be filed on the girl/paramour

What case the parents of the wife file against the man and their daughter? The giving birth to a baby during pending divorce case can only be proof of adultery of the wife that husband can please for seeking divorce if the child born is not his but of another man, how the parents of the wife come in picture for that case?

Sorry, adultery is no crime in modern India. If the child is born, he/she is welcome because it is not his/her fault. The b*st*rds are his/her new parents. However, you have a better chance in getting divorce from your (ex) wife.

Sorry for the confusion, I am a relative for the girls parents and they are seeking legal help to save the girl from the paramour and bring her back to her first child, but the girl has gone against the parents. The parents believe that the girl is not mentally stable.
