My bitter half filed Crpc. 125 & interim maintenance in family court after filing 498A in other court.
The Maintenance and Interim maintenance cases are in cross examination stage.
Few months later, I filed for divorce on cruelty and desertion grounds in the same family court. Then both the cases are merged into one. But nothing is progressing on divorce case in family court.
Other side I haven't received any summons so far from sessions court on 498A.
One other guy's case, who was accused in 498A and jailed along with me is progressing. I surprised to see my situation.
Hence, your advices are helpful to me.
what are the steps need to be taken from my side in order to speed up the divorce in family court and 498A in sessions court.
