Respected Sir/ Madam,
I have to file proof affidavit for divorce (Civil case) Principle sessions court, I want to
know the procedure / format of filling proof affidavit, both the parties have filled a case against
each other, I have filled the counter, as the case is beginning I want to know the contents ,
format , procedure for filling Proof affidavit.
Please help me.

you have to file proof affidavit in the case, which you filed and also in the case which you defend

What should be contents of proof affidavit(the same contents as I written in my counter to her affidavit / my petition / each paragraph in my counter have to matched with proof affidavit) , in what order I have to put the details, when trial come up whether the judge would go through the counter or the proof affidavit, please tell me sir.
