Divorce by a Muslim Man

under which section of Muslim law a Muslim man can file a divorce petition and under which court it should be filed??

As a Muslim you can file petition for divorce only under Muslim Personal Law

No sections is specified for Muslims to divorce in any competent court of law.they can divorce before KAZI, mulla as mentioned in Sharia law. Only Muslim married woman can file for divorce in court of law
