i was married 4 years back.. and seperated 2 years back....and i have a son of 3 years old.
she was never with me since day 1 .. hardly she stayed with me for 30 days... i am asking her give me divorce she is not giving what can be done..
every week she go to different court and file a new complain
she filed against me in 4 police station.. no one took the action against me because i was right.. then she filed mainatance and rcr .. she calimed 1 lakh a month ..court gave a jurdgement of 5000 on based on it returns and bank statement.. she filed dvc and mainatance again.. in different court..
today i received another complain from different court. on my name and my parents... is there any solution ..advice please
i filed divorce 1 year back.. she never accepted the summons from court..
