Divorce/RCR

Divorce u/s 13-1(ia) is filed by Husband and is pending for filing evidence. In the mean time Restitution of Conjugal Rights is filed by Wife where summons has been received by Husband for appearance. Please let me know the next step by Husband for Obtaining Divorce.
