I am a chritisn married to a muslim guy under special marriage act, and have a child of 7 years old. I am not living with him for 2 years now, he has got married to another muslim girl under muslim marriage act. My child also lives with him. How can i get divoce? and what are the rights that i can ask for? Will i get the custody of my child ( son )
