Hi,
my husband and i were going through a bad marriage and we decided to quit this marriage. Thus we applied for mutual consent divorce. As per the procedure we had a gap of 6 months and few days before the second appearing in the court we decided to give a chance to this marriage and withdrew the case.
But things are going bad again now. We have finally realisd tht we are not meant for each other. Can we reopen the same divorce case or we have to apply fresh. Also he did not return me the stuff last time which my parents gave to him at the time of my marriage,i want to be protected against that without harming him. I just want my stuff back and divorce asap. can any1 guide me
