Division of Property

as per shariah (Muslim) law a brother and a sister will get property of father@2:1 system. But sister is divorced by her husband. can she get 1:1 ratio partition.?
if yes, how it possible?

As per the Sharia LAW the ancestral property has specific shares for each shareholder and cannot cahnge;

The ratio is Mother gets half of that of daughter and daughter gets half of that of son.

However if the property is self owned of mother or father they can divide that as per their wish.

The status of the daughetr wheather divorced or not does not effects the share.However if mutually all the share holders desiere to give extra share to daughter they can do out of free will .
