Our society consists of 96 members and are in the process of going in for redevelopment.
Our managing committee is working against the interest of the members. There are several procedural lapses in the redevelopment process.
We had approached the Dy. Registrar with our complaints. He has passed an order in our favor and asked us to approach the co-operative court U/S 91 of the co-operative act, 1960.
Since this will delay the redevelopment , we want to dissolve the MC and install a neutral MC. We have the support of over 55% of the members. The MC members a united.
2 years are still remaining in the term of the MC.
Please advise on how can the members remove the MC.
