Based on an applicants request , the Dy. Registrar of CHS appointed a representative to visit the premises of the CHS to enquire about the working of the Society. The Dy. registrar's representative, identified that after the managing committee formation (or getting establish), the managing committe signed the managing committee's bond, 20 days after the acknowledged period (that is 15 days after formation). Based on it, the registrar rep. informed us that the managing committee is not valid or legal and the current committee WILL BE DISSOLVED by the Dy. Registrar.
All other books and records of the society were checked and reviewed only to see it in place and accurate.

1. Is the decision taken by the Dy. registrar correct ?
2. What options are there with the society to correct the matter ?
