Disputes on land of joint 'khata' no.

Hi Experts,

Seasonal greetings!!

Hoping my query will be resolved to the greatest extent .

Let's express this as case study---

There are 3 persons-- Mr. A , Mr. B and Mr. C

There are many "Khatiyaan" in name of   A . Each "Khatiyaan" has one or more than one plots. On each "Khatiyaan" There are shares of   B & C .  After death of 'A' , the lands are partitioned (distributed)  among B , C & son of A with the mutual consent of each other. This process occurs only up to CEO (Block) level .Each of three gets his own "Jamabandi" No. from Tahsildaar.  Now the point to be noted is -"The lands are not distributed as per share/part mentioned on "Khatiyaan"  . Now it passes 15 years . After partition, Son of 'A' sells a part of his land . Sons of B sells a part of his lands after that grand son of B sells  a part of his land .

Now, After 15 years of partition, grand son of B claims that the partition/distribution of land  was not correct. He demands some more land for remaining land of C & son of A . He says like if he does not get more land , he will go in court and file a case on son of Mr. A . Please do note that it has become 15 years of partition.

Is it possible that he(grand son of  'B') will be able to obtain more land from son of Mr. A & from C  ?

For more info, The taxes  are paid in name of son of 'A'   &  B  there lands.

Request you to answers mu query as soon as possible.
