Dispute with Neighbour.

Good Morning I have quick enquiry what are my options in relation to my neighbor who planted trees in his whole house that are causing security issue to my house as it�s a residential area but my neighbor has moved out and planted him trees which are really tall and blocking view and branches are falling over the boundary into my side of house. Is he allowed to use his property to grow trees for commercial purposes in residential area and can I get court orders to remove his trees that are blocking side view of my house or causing security issues as it�s really dense and trees have grown to almost 12/13ft tall. Thanks
