Dispute over entry pathway to our agricultural land

Hello, I have a agricultural land, on which we have plantation that needs to harvested once and sprayed upon by fertilisers twice in a year. The land is locked by other agricultural lands who had different individual owners. We used to negotiate every year with the owners and clear a temporary entry road to our land during harvesting season, so that trucks can have access to land. In past few years a particular owner ( Mr. X) bought all the lands sorrounding us. We negotiated him for the road to our land for the harvest season by paying him some amount annually for the past two years. We didnt sign any agreement regarding it. But now Mr X , is not giving us the path, nor accepting any money, and pressurising us to sell our land to him. We give our plantation on contract basis to other farmers. He is giving us two options, 1. Either make a long term contract with him for our plantation at a fixed low price. 2. Or sell the land to him What course of action should we take, kindly advice.
