Disclosures for maintenance case.

Hi,

If I need to file a maintenance case against husband what all will I have to declare in the petition ? Is it mandatory to disclose any property, my bank account details, joint bank a/c details, and any other assets in my name while filing it ?

if u r working lady..u will nt get maintenance..if u have any good qualification still not working..then u will also not get maintenance

You are not oblige to give any details. However you should approach court for legitimate demands. You will not get maintenance in above 2 conditions.
