Man is born free, but every wher he is in chains, because of the discipline. Rights and duties are co-related. Discipline is the concept of the Rights & Duties. Existence of the Human Society exists on Discipline.

Above thought is foundation of of my "Vidhiyoga theory of Jurisprudence" . Yoga is also based on discipline. Yoga is for phisical health as well as for spiritual liberation. likewise health of system and society as well as freedom can also be attained by a disciplined culture. That is "Vidhiyoga".
