HI,

My mother undergone an operation in the Righ ear for the tissue growth in one of the famous ENT hospital in the Kilpauk-Chennai.

Total Bill amount is paid and patient is discharged.While discharging they told you will get the summary after one week because the summary needs some correction.

From then i have been folowing the reception no response.I send two message requesting the summary to Doctor's mobile but no response..

When i try to talk to Doctors mobile he is not picking and when i try to get connect thru land line i get a msg saying doctor is busy..

They are telling the reason why they are not giving the discharge summary..

Can some one suggest me how to go about it..
