I bought a plot of land for 1500 square feet which was approved by DTCP authorities. But while registering the sale deed ,it was registered as 1600 square feet and stamp duty paid on the 1600 square feet. Now the problem has arisen at the time of getting approval for building plan. DTCP refuses to give its approval on the pretext that approved plot size and sale deed differ. What should I do to rectify the anomaly ?
